Q: Shipping Times?
A: Since our items are unpersonalized at this time shipping can be made the same day or following day. We ship Monday - Friday and orders placed before 9:00am EST will ship the same day if payment is received and cleared otherwise shipping will be the following day or when payment has been cleared.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your zip code. You can empty your car at anytime and start over. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Can you get other items from manufuacturer if not currently listed on your site?
A: Yes, we are authorized sellers for all the companies we show on our website. If the item is not listed it may currently be out of stock in our inventory. Please email or call us to check availability and pricing for an item not shown.
Q: Do you offer pickup at your location?
A: We can arrange local pickup if needed. Call ahead before paying to make sure inventory is available since we do sell in other locations than just on the website.
